Community Dinners
A new committee has been formed with the support of Father Black to offer monthly dinners to the community in the months following the Lenten Fish Fries.
The following dates have been scheduled for our new 2010 First Friday Dinners to be held in the school commons/gym:
May 7th
June 4th
September 3rd
October 1st
November 5th
December 3rd
These are intended to be simple meals costing
$6.00 for adult dinner
$3.00 for childrens dinner
OR
The children’s menu will always feature peanut butter & jelly sandwiches and a cookie for $1.50.
Beverages will consist of water and coffee.
All proceeds will be going to St. Mary Church
We are asking any other St. Mary organization that would like to be a part of the dinners, to consider providing:
Entertainment Desserts Beverages Etc.
We want groups to keep in mind that these dinners are a fund raiser for St. Mary Church and are to be affordable.
The Lady Knights Auxiliary have already committed to sell cookies and brownies for the first two dinners at a cost of 50 cents each with all proceeds going to St. Mary Church.
Additional kitchen help is always welcome.
